Terms
The licence agreement you accept when you install PlexusX.
ČeskyPlexusX — End User Licence Agreement
Last updated 2026-09-30. Between you and Lucie Uhlířová ("we", "us"), trading as PlexusX.
Installing or using PlexusX means you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install the software.
1. What you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use one copy of PlexusX on the computers your licence covers, for as long as that licence is valid.
Your licence is bound to a machine fingerprint. If you change your CPU, your boot drive or your computer name, the fingerprint changes. You can then move the licence yourself, with Move it here in the application or by releasing it from your dashboard, or ask us to release it for you. We will not unreasonably refuse that.
Blocking a specific version. If a particular build of PlexusX turns out to have a security or integrity problem, we may stop that build from running. If we ever do, we will supply you with a working replacement version at no cost, and you keep everything you paid for: a lifetime licence is never shortened by this, and a subscription is never cut short by it. We block a version, never your licence.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, rent, sublicense, share or redistribute the software or your licence key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Remove or alter any copyright, licence or attribution notice.
- Circumvent the licensing mechanism, or use a key you did not obtain from us.
3. Games, and the rules of the games you play
This clause matters more than the rest of them, so it is in plain language.
PlexusX changes what your monitor shows. It adjusts colour at the display level, it can change your resolution and refresh rate, it can talk to your monitor's own settings, and it can draw a crosshair overlay on top of whatever is on screen. It does not read or modify any game, its memory, or its files.
Even so, individual games make their own rules, and some of them prohibit overlays or display modifications. Those rules are set by the game's publisher, not by us, and they change without notice.
You are responsible for knowing and following the rules of the games you play. Using PlexusX — particularly the crosshair overlay — may breach the terms of a specific game. If you buy as a business: we are not responsible for any action taken against your game account, including suspension or a permanent ban. If you are a consumer, we are liable as the law provides. If you are unsure, do not use the overlay features in that game.
4. What it costs, and how it renews
PlexusX is free to download. With an account, saturation and the Resolution tab are free to use for as long as you like — no card, nothing to cancel. The parts that need a plan say so where they sit.
Who may buy. You need to be 18 or older to buy a plan, or to have the card holder's permission. If a young person has used your card without you knowing, email support@plexusx.lol: we refund it and cancel the subscription, and we will not ask you to prove anything.
Buying takes a card, and the monthly plan renews by itself. A monthly subscription is charged €4.99 when you subscribe, and then €4.99 every month until you cancel. Nothing is hidden in this: the amount, that it repeats and how to stop it are shown to you before you enter your card.
Cancel at any time. Cancelling is one button in your dashboard and never requires contacting us. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
The two ways to buy, both in euro and both including VAT where it applies:
| Plan | Price | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €4.99 per month, charged when you subscribe | Renews automatically each month until you cancel |
| Lifetime | €15.99 once | Nothing renews. It does not expire, and it includes future updates |
If the checkout shows the price in your own currency, that is the amount you pay.
The monthly plan renews by itself. You are charged each month, on the same card, until you cancel — you can do that at any time from your dashboard, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a period that has already begun, except where the law requires it. Cancelling is one button and never requires contacting us.
Prices can change, but never for a licence you have already bought: a lifetime licence is paid once, and a monthly subscription keeps the price it started on for as long as it runs without interruption.
PlexusX is sold and licensed to you by Lucie Uhlířová, trading as PlexusX. Payment is taken by Stripe, who act as merchant of record: they charge your card, they appear on your bank statement, and they account for any VAT. We never receive or store your card details. How the charge is described on your statement is shown at the foot of every page on plexusx.lol and in the email you receive when you buy — named there rather than here, so the two can never disagree.
Your payment receipt comes from Link, Stripe's checkout service. Our own purchase email comes from support@plexusx.lol and carries a copy of these terms.
5. Your right to withdraw (EU and UK consumers)
You normally have 14 days from the day you buy to withdraw from a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. A form you can use (you do not have to) is at the end of the Refunds page.
The free part costs nothing, so there is nothing to withdraw from. The 14 days concern a plan you have paid for.
Before you pay, you tick a box asking us to supply PlexusX straight away and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right once supply has begun. When that happens depends on the plan:
- Monthly: supply begins when the subscription starts, so the 14-day right ends then.
- Lifetime: supply begins when you activate the licence on a PC. Until you activate it, the 14-day right still applies in full: contact us and we will refund you.
This section does not affect your statutory rights where the software is faulty.
6. Warranty, and your rights if something is wrong
If you are a consumer, the law gives you rights when digital content is faulty, and nothing in this section or section 7 takes them away. How to use them is on the Refunds page, under "If PlexusX is faulty".
If you buy as a business: PlexusX is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
What PlexusX needs: driver-level vibrance needs a supported graphics card, and monitor control needs a monitor that accepts DDC/CI. The application tells you what works on your computer.
7. Limits on our liability
If you buy as a business: to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or for any action taken against your account by a game publisher (see section 3).
If you are a consumer, we are liable as the law provides, and nothing in this section limits or excludes it.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Looks, crosshairs and reviews you share
On plexusx.lol you can share colour looks, crosshairs and setups with other players, and write a review of PlexusX.
What you may share. Your own looks, crosshairs and setups, your review, and screenshots you are allowed to share.
What is not allowed. Anything offensive, spam, a post that is not really a look, crosshair or setup, or a picture that belongs to someone else and that you may not share. We may refuse or remove anything that breaks these rules or the law.
How it gets checked. A person checks every picture and every review before it goes up. Some posts without a picture, from members with a paid plan, go up straight away. If 2 people report one of those, it comes down until we have checked it.
What you let us do with it. You keep what you made. By sharing it, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show and copy it in PlexusX and on plexusx.lol while it is published. The licence ends when it is deleted or taken down. You confirm that you may share any picture you upload.
Deleting it. You can delete a look, crosshair or setup at any time from your dashboard. To take down a review, email support@plexusx.lol.
Reporting. Anyone can report something they think breaks the law or these rules. Use the Report button on a post, or email support@plexusx.lol with the link to it, why you think it breaks the law or these rules, your name and email, and a line saying you believe the report is accurate and complete. We confirm that your report arrived, and we tell you what we decided.
If we refuse or remove something of yours. We tell you why in your dashboard: what we did, the facts we relied on, whether it was decided automatically, which rule it broke, and how to challenge it. To challenge it, write to support@plexusx.lol. You can also go to court.
9. Ending this agreement
You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it.
We may end your licence if you materially breach this agreement — in particular by redistributing the software or circumventing its licensing. Where the breach can be put right, we will say so and give you a reasonable chance to do it first.
10. Third-party components
PlexusX includes third-party software under separate licences, listed in
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and viewable in the application under Settings → Legal &
licences. Nothing in this agreement limits the rights those licences give you.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
This agreement is made in English. A Czech translation is at plexusx.lol/cs/podminky. If the two ever differ, the reading that is better for you as a consumer applies.
12. Contact
Write to support@plexusx.lol. We answer there.
Phone: +420 602 513 360 (you can leave a message; for anything about a purchase, email is quicker).

There is also a Discord, linked inside the application, which is usually faster for questions about how something works. It is not a substitute for the address above: anything about a purchase, a refund, your rights under this agreement or your personal data should go to the email address, so there is a record of it.
